Job Description – Accountant/Account executive

Designation: Accountant
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Location: Sanand GIDC, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Industry: Manufacturing / Electronics

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, payment entries, and bank reconciliation.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, auditors, and banks.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Support monthly closing, reconciliation, and audit activities.
- Monitor employee reimbursements and expense records.
- Work on accounting software and MS Excel for data management and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)



or relevant field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
