Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership & Sales Drive: Lead, mentor, and motivate the showroom sales team to meet or exceed premium sales targets through consultative selling and upselling.
- Elevated Client Experience: Oversee client interactions on the floor to guarantee excellent customer service. Step in as a strategic partner for high-stakes consultations.
- Showroom & Visual Excellence: Take ultimate accountability for maintaining an immaculate showroom layout. Ensure all displays strictly align with our premium visual merchandising standards.
- Knowledge Cultivation: Conduct continuous training to ensure the team masters product heritage, materials, and design stories.
- Daily Operations & VIP Relations: Manage day-to-day floor operations, scheduling, and inventory curation. Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with premier architects, designers, and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs).

Additional Responsibilities

- Provide design consultation to customers, architects, interior designers, stylists and project managers.
- Understand client requirements, space planning and recommend suitable lighting solutions.




- Bridge customer needs with bespoke/custom lighting design capabilities.
- Coordinate meetings with design and project teams for custom projects.
- Use architectural understanding (space, ceiling heights, wall applications, ergonomics) during consultations.
- Build relationships with architects, hospitality, corporate and institutional clients.
- Support flagship store revenue growth through consultative selling.
- Manage VM, stock audits, Excel reporting, sales targets and floor operations.

Qualifications and Skills

- Experience: 4+ years of experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, interiors or fine arts, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Extensive experience directly serving and managing relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) is highly preferred.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field is considered a strong asset.
- Communication: Articulate verbal and written communication skills a polished presence.
