Pandhal Coffee & Brews is looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Barista / All-Rounder to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve quality coffee, beverages, and food items according to company standards.
- Provide friendly and qualified customer service.
- Take orders, handle billing, and maintain accurate order details.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and food-safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation, plating, and general outlet operations.
- Maintain the coffee bar, equipment, and work areas in excellent condition.
- Follow recipes, SOPs, and operational procedures consistently.
- Support the team during busy hours and work efficiently as an all-rounder.
- Maintain good product knowledge and actively participate in training.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and deliver an excellent guest experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
