KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own end-to-end delivery of projects across scope, timeline, budget, and quality

- Build project plans, define milestones, and track progress against them

- Coordinate across engineering, product, design, QA, and client teams

- Run stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

- Identify risks and dependencies early and drive mitigation

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders

- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and delivery metrics

- Manage resource allocation and workload balance across the team

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project

- Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies

- Stakeholder and client communication

- Risk, scope, and change management

- Reporting, documentation, and delivery tracking

- Team leadership and conflict resolution

PREFERRED SKILLS

- PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification

- Technical background in software delivery

- Budgeting and vendor management

- Experience managing distributed teams

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
