We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in residential construction projects, particularly apartment projects, and be capable of independently handling day-to-day site execution, coordination, quality control, and project progress.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate and monitor execution of residential and apartment projects as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to project drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Check and verify civil, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting, and finishing works.
- Review drawings and identify discrepancies or site-related issues before execution.
- Monitor labour productivity, material usage, workmanship, and site progress.




- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly site progress reports.
- Ensure proper sequencing and timely completion of activities as per the project schedule.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure rectification of defective work.
- Take measurements and assist with quantity verification, material requirements, and contractor billing.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper storage and utilisation at site.
- Ensure compliance with site safety practices and construction standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
