Senior Design Engineer – Monotech

Location: S-16, South Side GT Road, Industrial Area, Ghaziabad
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 5–8 years in industrial/machine manufacturing
Salary: ₹50,000–₹70,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop industrial machinery and machine components.
- Prepare 3D models, 2D drawings, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings.
- Work on machine design for Press Brakes, Shearing Machines, Hydraulic/Power Presses, Plate Rolling Machines, Straightening Machines, Laser Cutting Machines, Panel Benders, and related machinery.
- Select suitable materials, components, bearings, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and other machine elements.
- Modify and improve existing machine designs for better performance and efficiency.
- Coordinate with production, fabrication, electrical, and service teams.
- Review designs, conduct basic calculations,



and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure designs meet quality, safety, and manufacturing requirements.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of machine design, mechanical components, hydraulics, pneumatics, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks/Creo/Inventor.
- Ability to read and prepare engineering drawings.
- Valuable knowledge of material selection, tolerances, fits, and GD&T.;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in industrial machinery / machine manufacturing is preferred.

Note: Candidates with hands-on experience in industrial machine design will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
