* Has worked in any manufacturing factory, related to any kind of Bags, printing, milk, water , bottle, press, hydraulic, etc, not from the garment manufacturing unit.

* Understands bag construction and production practically.

* Background can be ITI, filler, electrical etc, not mandator to have the engineering degree or knowledge.

* Has managed a production team earlier, helper, machine operator etc.

* Can independently plan and execute production.

* Understands quality requirements of customers.

* Can handle multiple customer orders simultaneously.

* Disciplined, proactive and solution-oriented.

* Takes ownership of production deadlines.

* Comfortable working in a growing manufacturing unit

* Monitor hourly and daily output goals to minimize bottlenecks and reduce material wastage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
