Job Description – Video Editor Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor Intern to join our Digital Marketing Agency for a 6-month internship program. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in video editing, good creative thinking, and the ability to transform raw footage into engaging and visually appealing content for different brands and digital platforms.

This internship will provide hands-on experience working on social media content, brand videos, reels, advertisements, and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit engaging and creative videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media, advertisements, and brand campaigns.
- Transform raw footage into high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing videos.
- Create content according to different brand guidelines, concepts, and target audiences.
- Add transitions, text, graphics, sound effects, music, subtitles, and other elements to enhance videos.
- Work closely with Content Writers, Graphic Designers, Social Media Managers, and Creative Teams.
- Understand creative briefs and convert ideas into effective video content.
- Keep up with the latest social media video trends, editing styles, transitions, and formats.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of assigned projects.
- Maintain proper organization of video files, footage, project files, and assets.
- Experiment with new editing techniques and creative concepts.

Required Skills

- Valuable understanding of video editing concepts and techniques.
- Strong creative thinking and an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- DaVinci Resolve




- CapCut or other relevant editing tools
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, typography, transitions, color correction, and sound editing will be an advantage.
- Understanding of social media video formats and trends.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and AI-based video editing techniques.

Eligibility

- Students, freshers, or candidates who have completed a course/diploma in Video Editing, Film Making, Mass Communication, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field can apply.
- Candidates should have a portfolio/showreel or sample editing work to demonstrate their creativity.
- Basic knowledge of professional video editing software is required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
