About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Spray Painter / Team Lead who can take ownership of Gappu's painting operations, maintain consistent product quality, and lead a team of painters and factory labour.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the spray-painting team.
- Paint Gappu products while maintaining consistent colour and finish.
- Train labour and junior painters on painting techniques, processes, and quality standards.
- Plan and allocate daily painting work according to production requirements.
- Inspect finished products and ensure they meet Gappu's quality standards.
- Identify and resolve painting defects and rework requirements.
- Maintain spray guns, equipment, materials, and the painting area.
- Monitor paint and material usage to minimise wastage.
- Ensure the team follows safety and workplace procedures.
- Coordinate with the factory supervisor to meet daily production targets.

Who Is This For?

- Experienced spray painter with strong knowledge of painting and finishing techniques.




- Someone capable of training and managing a team, not just doing the painting themselves.
- Solid attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable taking responsibility for production output.
- Experience in wood, furniture, automotive, or similar spray-painting work is preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
