Job Summary

Badami Sweets & Restaurant is hiring an experienced Unit Manager to lead the complete operations of the sweets and restaurant unit. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, restaurant operations experience, and at least 1 year of experience in a sweets department or sweet shop.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end restaurant and sweets unit operations.
- Supervise kitchen, sweets production, service, and counter teams.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
- Monitor inventory, stock, and wastage control.
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and manpower planning.
- Manage daily sales,



cash handling, and billing operations.
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain service standards.
- Control food cost and improve unit profitability.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational MIS reports.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of overall experience in Restaurant/F&B; Operations.
- Minimum 1 year of sweets department experience is mandatory.
- Solid team management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of POS, inventory management, and MS Excel.
- Graduate preferred; Hotel Management is an advantage.

Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month
