About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who is confident in communication, patient with customers, organized, and genuinely interested in building a long-term career in sales and customer relationship management.

This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, following up consistently, solving customer queries, and working toward sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team to provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain regular and timely follow-ups to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and requests professionally and patiently.
- Coordinate with sales executives and management to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records using MS Excel
- Update lead status, follow-up details, appointments, and sales activity regularly.
- Generate recent leads through referrals, follow-ups, online channels, databases, and other suitable sources when required.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly reports related to leads, follow-ups, conversions,



and customer feedback.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

- Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and in person.
- Patient, polite, positive, and customer-focused.
- Comfortable using MS Excel, email, WhatsApp, and basic computer applications.
- Willing to learn sales processes, products, and software.
- Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with the sales team.

Experience & Education

- Education: Graduate / Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with experience in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Service, Customer Relationship Management, Sales Coordination, Front Desk, Retail Sales, or Business Development will have an advantage.
