We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with students, understand their requirements, explain our courses, and support the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries.
- Explain courses, batches, fees, offers, and learning options.
- Understand student requirements and provide relevant course information.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain lead records and regularly update follow-up status.
- Convert interested enquiries into admissions.
- Achieve assigned calling and admission targets.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
- Sales, telecalling, counselling, or EdTech experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
