Position Overview

KOVA Fasteners Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Finance Head who will be responsible for overall financial control, planning, accounting, reporting, cash flow management, compliance, and financial decision-making of the organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial control within a manufacturing organization, with the ability to manage the complete finance and accounts function and provide strategic financial guidance to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete responsibility for the Finance & Accounts function of the company.
- Establish and maintain robust financial controls and internal control systems.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and fund requirements.
- Monitor the company's financial performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Prepare and review MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements, and other financial reports.
- Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure proper control over costs, expenses, inventory, purchases, and working capital.
- Manage banking relationships, including working capital facilities, loans, LC, BG, and other banking requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal auditors, statutory auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Develop and implement policies for financial risk management and cost control.
- Monitor and improve financial processes to prevent errors, fraud, and financial leakages.




- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
- Support management in investment decisions, cost reduction, business expansion, and financial planning.
- Provide financial analysis for new projects, capital expenditure, and major business decisions.
- Ensure proper accounting and financial controls across Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Production, and Operations.

Manufacturing / Fastener Industry Experience

Experience in a manufacturing company will be highly preferred.

Knowledge of the following areas will be an advantage:

- Manufacturing costing

Educational Qualification

- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) candidates will be preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in a manufacturing organization is preferred.
- Candidates with experience handling finance independently at a senior management level will be highly preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with strong hands-on experience in financial control, working capital, budgeting, MIS, costing, taxation, audit, and banking.

A candidate from a manufacturing/engineering/fastener industry with experience in independently managing the complete finance function will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
