As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various components of essential business systems. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and swiftly resolve any disruptions, contributing to the overall reliability and performance of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase responsiveness and effectiveness.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of cloud service models and deployment architectures.
- Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based environments.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with automation tools to support infrastructure management.
- Understanding of network protocols and security principles within cloud platforms.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.

- This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
