Job Description

Must-Have

- 4+ year of Command Center or operations monitoring experience with graduation (engineering preferred)
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills for L1/L2 support, with ITIL knowledge
- Crisis management capability with accurate event logging/reporting and clear communication under pressure
- Highly responsive,



detail-oriented, organized, resilient, and flexible to work in shifts
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and perform effectively in fast-paced environments

Valuable-to-Have

- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Moogsoft, BPPM, Petrol, Splunk) and ITSM platforms (Remedy, ServiceNow)
- Experience in support projects and coordinating with technical teams/vendors
- Exposure to producing precise communications in urgent situations
- Adaptability to evolving technologies, customer-focused mindset, and situational awareness
- Continuous learning attitude (ITIL, cybersecurity, automation)

Total Experience Expected: 02-04 years

Qualifications

Engg Graduate with 4+ years of experience
