Key Responsibilities

- - Perform month-end and quarter-end closing for Asia entities, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, foreign exchange adjustments, and balance-sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare regional management accounts, financial schedules, cash-flow reports, and budget-versus-actual variance analysis.
- Calculate Asia intercompany service charges, transfer-pricing mark-ups, management charges, and periodic true-ups.
- Prepare and reconcile cross-border intercompany invoices, receivables, payables, and settlements.
- Process fund, deal, SPV, portfolio company, and management company recharges in accordance with approved expense-allocation policies.
- Review and process Asia vendor invoices and employee expense claims, ensuring correct entity, country, currency, tax, fund, and deal coding.
- Initiate and monitor multi-currency payments through Kyriba in accordance with regional authorization and maker-checker controls.
- Reconcile corporate credit card transactions against SAP Concur claims, receipts, and accounting records.
- Support regional audits, tax reviews, GST/VAT, withholding tax, and statutory reporting requirements.




- Coordinate with Asia Fund Accounting, Investment, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and local Finance teams.

Required Application Knowledge

- - NetSuite – General ledger, accounts payable, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and reporting.
- SAP Concur – Employee expenses and corporate credit card reconciliation.
- EAS – Fund/deal expense allocation and recharge processing.
- Kyriba – Multi-currency payments, approvals, and treasury operations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Qualifications

- - Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; CA Inter, CMA, ACCA, CPA, or MBA Finance is preferred.
- Relevant experience within an Asia-focused private equity fund house, alternative asset manager, investment manager, or fund administrator.
- Experience handling multiple Asia entities, jurisdictions, currencies, and cross-border transactions.
- Robust knowledge of private equity structures, intercompany accounting, expense allocation, financial controls, and closing processes
