E-Commerce Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize marketplace accounts and drive online sales performance. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of marketplace operations, seller account management, product listings, advertising, sales strategy, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize day-to-day marketplace operations and seller accounts.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, visibility, and account performance.
- Manage product listings, catalog content, keywords, pricing, and inventory.
- Plan and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns to improve ROI.
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, inventory, and other key performance metrics.
- Manage promotions, deals, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Identify and resolve listing, account health, operational, and policy-related issues.
- Analyze competitors, pricing, product performance, and marketplace trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, content, pricing,



and order fulfillment.
- Prepare and present regular marketplace performance reports.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and implement corrective actions where required.

Preferred Marketplace Experience

- Amazon Seller Central
- Flipkart Seller Hub
- Other major marketplaces

Experience in Amazon/Flipkart seller account management strategy will be an added advantage.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce or Marketplace Operations.
- Strong practical experience in seller account management.
- Good understanding of marketplace advertising and sales optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple marketplace accounts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,223.10 per month
