About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Jewellery Quality Control Executive to ensure the quality, accuracy, and finishing of Gold, Diamond & Silver jewellery before products reach customers or inventory.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect jewellery for weight, purity, workmanship, finishing, stone setting, locks, clasps, scratches, dents, and defects.
- Verify gross weight, net weight, stone weight, purity, SKU, barcode, and tag details.
- Check diamond jewellery for stone count, setting, appearance, and specifications.
- Conduct physical stock checks and reconcile inventory with ERP/system records.
- Handle tagging, re-tagging, barcode/SKU verification, and inventory corrections.
- Identify defective products and coordinate for rework or correction.
- Conduct random quality inspections and regular stock audits.
- Maintain QC, rejection, rework, and discrepancy reports.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, inventory, and showroom teams to resolve quality issues.

Requirements





- 3–7 years of experience in Jewellery QC/QA or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in Gold, Diamond & Silver jewellery quality checking.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery weight, purity, finishing, stone setting, and product specifications.
- Experience in stock checking, tagging, and inventory verification.
- Knowledge of jewellery ERP/inventory systems is preferred.
- Good attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Jewellery industry experience is mandatory/preferred.
