Job Description – Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of accounting and statutory compliance, with hands-on experience in GST, TDS, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain books of accounts using Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
- Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9.
- Handle TDS deductions, payments, and return filings.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Prepare invoices and manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Handle day-to-day accounting and ensure proper maintenance of books and records.
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, and other compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and respond to queries related to accounts, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.




- Ensure timely completion of accounting and compliance activities.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Statutory Compliance.
- Strong practical knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Good working knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of reconciliation and bookkeeping.
- Candidates with audit office / CA firm experience will be given first preference.
- Should have robust attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple client accounts.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Should be proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
