- Role Purpose
- To identify, research, evaluate, and shortlist relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms to support influencer marketing campaigns.
- Key Responsibilities
- Scout and shortlist relevant influencers based on campaign requirements, audience, niche, engagement, and brand fit.
- Research emerging creators, content trends, and competitor influencer campaigns.
- Build and maintain an accurate influencer database and campaign trackers.
- Support creator outreach, follow-ups, onboarding, and campaign coordination.
- Provide timely and relevant creator recommendations to the marketing team.
- Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends.
- Good research, analytical, communication,



and coordination skills.
- Understanding of basic influencer metrics such as followers, reach, views, and engagement.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable with high-volume research.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Media, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 0–6 months of experience; freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience may also be considered.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
