We are seeking a creative and skilled Web Designer with at least 3 years of experience in HTML and CSS. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX), and responsive design. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and functional websites that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Website Design Development: Design and develop responsive, visually engaging websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers and content creators to ensure seamless website functionality.
- Mobile Desktop Optimization: Optimize websites for both mobile and desktop platforms, ensuring a consistent user experience across all devices.
- Performance Improvement: Continuously enhance website performance, including load speed and usability.
- UI/UX Implementation: Apply UI/UX best practices to improve user interaction and engagement.
- Cross-Functional Work: Collaborate with teams to design landing pages, banners, and other web elements.
- Trend Awareness: Stay current with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Graphics Creation: Design graphics for web and marketing materials.

Requirements:

- Experience:



Minimum of 3 years of experience in web design.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design techniques.
- Front-End Development: Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and basic front-end development.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or Sketch.
- SEO Accessibility: Understanding of SEO principles and web accessibility standards.
- CMS Platforms: Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
