Key Responsibilities:

- Dynamics 365 Customization: Modify forms, views, and dashboards to align with business needs.
- Data & Table Management: Create and maintain tables, fields, and relationships within D365.
- Workflow Automation: Design flows and business rules using Power Automate and D365 tools.
- Testing & QA: Ensure all updates are tested and perform well before deployment.
- Documentation: Keep a clear record of changes and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support: Troubleshoot D365 issues and collaborate with teams to refine processes.

What Were Looking For:

- Experience or strong interest in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or similar tools.
- Positive understanding of database structure and UI configuration.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Focus on using standard features and minimizing custom code.
