- Prepare compliance reports (routine and ad hoc), including coordination for data, drafting responses, tracking registers, and maintaining communication records
- Conduct regular compliance monitoring and reviews
- Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering (AML), outsourcing norms, and rural/social sector obligations
- Review and approve marketing advertisements for compliance with regulatory norms
- Implement and track regulatory updates across functions
- Analyze industry penalty orders and compare findings with internal practices
- Prepare documentation for Board meetings related to compliance matters
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage interactions
- Manage audits and inspections (internal, external, statutory, regulatory)
- Draft responses to show-cause notices and regulatory communications
- Provide advisory on both sales and non-sales related regulatory matters
- Draft and review commercial and regulatory agreements
