Job Description :

- Developed and implemented strategic plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Created and executed the digital roadmap to align with organizational objectives.
- Identified and cultivated strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Drive recent business and customer retention initiatives to expand our market reach and increase revenue streams.
- Specialize in combining strategic thinking, design thinking, and hands-on execution to bring innovative solutions.
- Proficient in developing operational models, enhancing process efficiency, training, marketing strategies and relationship management.
- Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
- Ensures that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, material efficiency,



hardware acquisitions, and facilities are in line with the organizations business plan and vision.
- Spearheading initiatives to boost footfall and revenue across all regions.

- Ability to convince ket STKHLDRS about new Biz models
- Ability to do revenue modelling, cost modelling
- Ability to do Market research- secondry & primary research for validation of Biz hypothesis.

Education / Work experience :

- Graduate + MBA with total work experience of 15+ years of which 5 years in leading a business (Strategy & Growth) for a region within in India.
- Preferable from RETAIL (medium format) industry, Healthcare, Education / Ed Tech; should have worked in medium to large companies and well understand the complexity of dispersed business network along with CARE as a service delivery.
