We are currently seeking a Graduate Trainee – Learning & Development, reporting directly to the domain Manager to join our team based in Noida, India.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Organize the logistics for planning and delivering training sessions.
- Coordinate and complete enrollment for employee-requested training.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for participants regarding logistical inquiries and support needs.
- Provide logistical guidance and assistance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable learning experience.
- Maintain swift communication and strong coordination with local L&D; teams, vendors, and other departments to arrange end-to-end training.
- Act as the single point of contact between GBS, Learning, and the organization.
- Manage LMS activities such as event and session creation.
- Update session attendance in the LMS (iLearn).
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, and Word)

- A Bachelor's degree is required or Master's degree in HR or Business related field preferred
- Proficient in English
- Good communication & analytical skills
