Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-7 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in the manufacturing process
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop new products and improve existing ones
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
- 0-7 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
- Experience with CAD software and other engineering tools
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical data
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards
- Experience with project management tools and techniques
