Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior CFD Modeler with hands-on experience in ANSA CFD Modelling to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing advanced thermal and fluid dynamics models for vehicle systems, ensuring high-quality results that meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize ANSA CFD Modelling tools to design and simulate complex thermal and fluid systems with precision.
- Build and optimize Full Vehicle Thermal System Models to ensure accurate simulation outcomes.
- Develop effective modelling strategies for rubber and plastic components, specifically focusing on thermally sensitive regions to enhance system efficiency and performance.
- Manage and oversee Part Structure Management in ANSA, ensuring all components are correctly defined and integrated within the model.
- Perform comprehensive Full Vehicle Integration, conducting rigorous model build checks to guarantee robustness and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design and simulation challenges efficiently.




- Document findings and provide detailed reports on simulation results and system behavior.

Key Requirements:

- 3–5 years of proven experience in CFD Modelling using ANSA tools.
- Strong expertise in Full Vehicle Thermal System Model Build processes.
- In-depth knowledge of rubber and plastic part modelling strategies for thermally sensitive designs.
- Proficiency in Part Structure Management and Full Vehicle Integration.
- Ability to perform thorough validation and verification of simulation models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Solid communication and documentation abilities.

Domain Knowledge:

- Expertise in Fluid Dynamics & Heat Transfer principles and their practical applications in automotive systems.
