Role Purpose
The Services Strategy Analyst will support the Services leadership team in driving business analytics, strategic projects, transformation initiatives, and data analysis. The role will support Services leadership on data-driven decision making, business performance tracking, market insights, and cross-functional initiatives.
This role is ideal for a high-potential MBA graduate looking to build a career in strategy, transformation, business leadership, and services management.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analytics & Insights
- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis
- Perform data analysis for key strategic/ transformative projects, supporting current state analysis, problem identification and sharing recommendations
- Build business cases and support evaluation of new opportunities
- Support strategic planning exercises and annual operating plans
- Develop dashboards, reports, and leadership review packs
PMO & Transformation Support
- Support execution of strategic and transformation projects across the Services organization
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action plans
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution
- Drive governance cadence and follow-up on leadership actions
Leadership Reviews & Communication
- Prepare executive presentations and business review materials
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews
- Consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders for leadership discussions
- Support communication of key initiatives and transformation priorities
Key Qualifications

- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to work with large data sets and derive business insights
- Structured thinking and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and execution orientation
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work across functions
Qualifications
- MBA from a premier business school (Tier 1/Tier 2)
- 1-2 years of experience
- Engineering background preferred but not mandatory
- Internship experience in Strategy, Consulting, Analytics, Operations, Corporate Planning, or Business Transformation preferred
