TalentKnit is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing company building a full-stack observability platform that runs inside the customer's own cloud. It's managed like SaaS: their team handles upgrades, patches, and support, but customer data never leaves the client's environment. The platform, built natively on OpenTelemetry, covers APM, log management, infrastructure monitoring, real user monitoring, synthetic monitoring, error tracking, and Kubernetes monitoring.
The company has been bootstrapped from day one and already has paying enterprise customers, including some of India's largest logistics, travel, and consumer platforms. Joining now means the kind of ownership and scope you'd typically only get on a founding team, without the years of uncertainty that usually comes with it.
You will work on:
- Core product surfaces their customers use daily: dashboards, alerting workflows, and the trace/log/metrics explorer
- Backend services in Go that handle high-volume telemetry ingestion,
built on their ClickHouse-based storage layer
- Frontend features in React/TypeScript, from complex visualizations to simpler configuration and onboarding flows
- Full ownership of what you build. At a ~10-person team, you take a feature from design through production yourself, not hand it off partway.
You have:
- 3-12 years shipping production features from start to finish, not just UI or just API
- Backend experience in Go, or strong backend fundamentals and the ability to ramp rapid
- Frontend experience in React/TypeScript, comfortable with complex, data-heavy interfaces
- Comfort with — or interest in — deployment models that run inside a customer's own cloud, rather than a fully shared multi-tenant SaaS backend
- Bonus: exposure to ClickHouse or other OLAP/time-series databases, or experience building observability tooling.
