Experience Required

- 6+ years in infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, cloud operations, or SRE

- 4+ years hands‑on with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Key Responsibilities

- Design, provision, deploy, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure

- Work extensively with GCP services: Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, IAM, VPC, Load Balancing, Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring

- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (HCL, modules, variables, remote state, state locking, environments, drift handling, code review)

- Build CI/CD pipelines with Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI

- Manage networking: VPC, firewall rules, private connectivity, load balancers, DNS, NAT, VPN, Interconnect, Cloud Router, Shared VPC, hub‑spoke architecture

- Handle production troubleshooting: logs, metrics, alerts, incident response, performance, reliability, cost optimisation

- Script in Bash, Python, or Go

- Apply security best practices: IAM least privilege, service accounts, secrets, KMS,

- Kubernetes basics (deployments, services, ingress, config maps, secrets, autoscaling, troubleshooting)

- CI/CD tools (Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

- Monitoring & logging (Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Prometheus, Grafana)

- GKE Autopilot vs Standard decisioning

- Anthos / GKE Enterprise exposure
