About the Opportunity
A rapidly expanding accounting and taxation services firm with deep expertise in Australian financial compliance, we support businesses and individuals navigating AU tax regulations, BAS/IAS reporting, MYOB/Xero integrations, and cross-border financial workflows. Our team delivers precision-driven, audit-ready accounting solutions for Australian entities—leveraging local tax code mastery and global delivery excellence from our India-based operations center. Role & Responsibilities

- Prepare and file Australian Business Activity Statements (BAS), Instalment Activity Statements (IAS), and GST returns with 100% accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Reconcile and maintain MYOB or Xero books for Australian clients, ensuring compliance with ATO guidelines and financial standards.
- Support tax planning and preparation for individuals and small-to-medium Australian businesses, including income tax returns and deductions.
- Coordinate with Australian CPAs and tax agents to validate filings, respond to ATO notices, and resolve discrepancies.




- Generate monthly/quarterly financial reports and manage client documentation in alignment with Australian accounting principles (AASB).
- Stay current with ATO updates, changes in tax law, and software enhancements to ensure continuous compliance and service quality.

Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with TaxCalc or QuickBooks (AU version)
