About the Role

We are looking for Admission / Academic Counsellors who can guide prospective learners through their decision-making journey, understand their career goals, and help them choose the right program. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth admission experience while maintaining high enrollment quality.

The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Telugu, along with English, and be comfortable communicating with learners and parents across different channels, including calls, video calls, and in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents through calls, video calls, and in-person interactions
- Understand learner profiles, career aspirations, and recommend suitable programs
- Communicate effectively with Telugu-speaking learners and parents
- Explain course structure, outcomes, fees, financing options, and placement support
- Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and close enrollments within defined timelines
- Handle queries, concerns, and objections with empathy and clarity
- Maintain accurate lead and candidate records in the CRM
- Ensure timely follow-ups and regular CRM updates
- Collaborate with admissions, academic,



and operations teams to ensure a seamless learner experience
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
- Build trust with prospective learners and support them throughout the admission journey

Eligibility & Skills

- 1–4 years of experience in admissions, academic counselling, inside sales, EdTech, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Telugu is mandatory
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Telugu and English
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven mindset with a learner-first approach
- Ability to handle sales conversations, objections, and negotiations effectively
- Basic CRM knowledge and proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Comfortable working 6 days a week from the office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
