Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and curious Project Coordinator – Digital Marketing Intern to support day-to-day project coordination and SEO-focused digital marketing activities.

In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure tasks are properly tracked, deadlines are met, and digital marketing activities are delivered on time. You’ll also gain hands-on experience in SEO execution, performance analysis, reporting, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and track digital marketing and SEO activities across multiple projects.

- Follow up with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed within defined timelines.

- Assist with on-page and technical SEO activities to improve organic visibility and search performance.

- Conduct basic keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content and optimization opportunities.

- Monitor website traffic, rankings, and other key performance metrics using analytics tools.





- Prepare clear weekly and monthly project and performance reports.

- Maintain project trackers, task updates, deadlines, and delivery status.

- Coordinate with SEO, content, development, and design teams to ensure timely delivery of project requirements.

- Support client communication by providing timely project updates and assisting with common queries.

- Identify delays, dependencies, or blockers and escalate them to the appropriate team members.

- Stay updated with digital marketing and SEO trends and contribute ideas for improving campaign performance.

- Support client retention by ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and consistent project follow-up.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, and performance analytics.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively on deadlines.

- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, project trackers, CMS platforms, and basic analytics tools.

- Basic familiarity with IT and technical concepts.

- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Bonus Points If You Have

- Prior internship, academic, or project experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Project Coordination.

- Experience working with international clients or distributed teams.

- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools, or project management platforms.

- Graduating in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
