About the Opportunity
Careerbloc is a fast-scaling HR tech startup empowering startups and mid-market companies across India with agile, data-driven hiring solutions. We bridge talent gaps in tech, sales, and operations by combining intelligent sourcing with performance-based recruitment models—helping companies scale faster while offering recruiters high-impact, target-based compensation.

Role & Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end recruitment cycles for high-volume tech and non-tech roles—sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates within tight timelines.
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns on LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal talent pools to hit daily/weekly hiring targets (10–15 roles/month).
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, company culture, and candidate expectations for accurate shortlisting.
- Leverage CRM tools and ATS platforms to track, manage, and report pipeline metrics with 100% accuracy.
- Maintain candidate experience excellence—conducting warm,



consultative interviews and providing timely feedback.
- Optimize recruitment workflows by identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements to reduce time-to-hire.
