Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Project Specialist Intern – Digital Marketing to support the execution and coordination of digital marketing projects.

You’ll work closely with SEO, content, design, development, and client-facing teams to ensure project activities are planned, tracked, and completed on time. The role will also provide hands-on exposure to SEO, digital marketing performance analysis, reporting, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in coordinating and executing day-to-day activities across digital marketing and SEO projects.

- Track project tasks, deadlines, deliverables, and overall project progress.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

- Assist with on-page and technical SEO activities to improve website visibility and organic performance.

- Conduct basic keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.

- Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and other digital marketing KPIs.





- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly project and performance reports.

- Maintain accurate project trackers, documentation, task updates, and delivery records.

- Work with SEO, content, design, and development teams to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and delivered.

- Support client communication by sharing project updates and following up on pending requirements.

- Identify project delays, dependencies, or blockers and communicate them to the relevant team members.

- Assist in reviewing deliverables to ensure they meet project requirements and timelines.

- Stay updated on SEO and digital marketing trends and contribute ideas for improving project outcomes.

- Support overall client satisfaction by ensuring timely follow-ups, smooth coordination, and consistent project execution.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good organizational and time-management abilities.

- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and SEO concepts.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Ability to coordinate with different teams and follow up on assigned activities.

- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, project trackers, CMS platforms, and basic analytics tools.

- Basic understanding of IT and technical concepts.

- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take responsibility.

Bonus Points If You Have

- Prior internship, academic, or project experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Project Management.

- Exposure to working with international clients or distributed teams.

- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools, or project management platforms.

- Graduating in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
