We are looking for an experienced Architect with 8 to 15 years of qualified experience, capable of independently managing architectural projects from concept design to execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Independently handle residential building design and execution
• Conduct feasibility studies for new projects including site analysis, development potential, and regulatory compliance
• Develop design concepts with a strong understanding of construction detailing and materials
• Prepare and deliver design presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Review and coordinate working drawings
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and management
• Lead project teams and ensure adherence to timelines

Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong design and technical capabilities
• Practical understanding of construction methods and materials
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills

Software Proficiency
• AutoCAD (Mandatory)
• SketchUp
• Revit (Added advantage)

Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
