About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling enterprise technology consultancy operating in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Cloud Contact Center space, we deliver integrated ERP + CCaaS solutions for global clients across manufacturing, logistics, and retail. Our developers architect and deploy scalable, secure, and intelligent business applications—blending Dynamics AX/365 Finance & Operations with modern cloud contact center platforms to automate workflows, unify customer data, and drive operational efficiency at scale. Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy custom modules and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; (formerly AX) using X++, LCS, and Power Platform tools.
- Integrate Dynamics AX/365 with leading CCaaS platforms (e.g., Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, Twilio Flex) via REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
- Build and maintain real-time data sync pipelines between ERP and contact center systems to enable unified customer context and agent efficiency.
- Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams to translate requirements into technical specs, unit tests,



and deployment packages for UAT and production.
- Optimize performance and scalability of AX/365 solutions, including AOS tuning, query optimization, and extension management.
- Support CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 applications using Azure DevOps and ALM tools; ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and security standards.
