Tier-3 tech talent. We have the students; we need the recruiters. Your mission is to
build an elite network of hiring partners—from high-growth startups to Fortune 500
companies—and ensure that Knowvation is their primary source for tech talent. You
are the bridge between our classroom and the corporate boardroom.

Your Core Responsibilities (The Supply Chain)

- Corporate Onboarding: Hunt, pitch, and sign MoUs with HR Heads, CTOs, and Talent Acquisition Leads to secure “Hiring Mandates” specifically for Knowvation students.
- Placement Drives: Organize and execute end-to-end recruitment drives (virtual and physical), managing logistics to ensure our students are interviewed and hired efficiently.
- Employer Branding: Position Knowvation as the “Quality Filter” for Bharat’s talent by convincing companies that hiring from us is faster, more cost-effective, and higher quality than traditional campus recruitment.
- Market Intelligence: Feed real-time feedback from employers back to our curriculum team—for instance, if companies highlight gaps in “System Design,” ensure we rapidly iterate and improve our training accordingly.
- Account Management:



Nurture long-term relationships with hiring partners post-placement to ensure repeat engagement—ideally, quarterly hiring cycles.

- High-Stakes Communication: Represent Knowvation to corporate leaders—be articulate, skilled, and persuasive in high-impact conversations.
- Sales Mindset: Sell “Talent as a Service”—understand how to address corporate objections around “Tier-2/3 quality” and demonstrate tangible ROI and value.
- Systems Thinking: Don’t just “send resumes”—design scalable systems that allow companies to filter, interview, and offer roles to our students seamlessly and at volume.
