Logistics Heads and Business Leaders.
Develop strategic partnerships with industry players, associations and ecosystem
partners.
Represent RS Group at industry events, conferences, exhibitions and business
forums.
Convert industry relationships into measurable business opportunities.
3. Enterprise Sales
Lead large-value RFPs, RFQs, tenders and contract negotiations.
Develop customized 3PL solutions with the Operations and Solution teams.
Ensure business is commercially viable and delivers healthy margins.
4. Account Growth
Develop long-term relationships with key customers.
Drive repeat business, cross-selling and up-selling.
Identify opportunities to expand services across warehousing, transportation,
distribution and fulfilment.
5. Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing sales team.
Set transparent targets, review performance and drive accountability.
Coach the team on consultative selling and relationship-based business
development.

� WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone who has:
10–20 years of experience in 3PL, Contract Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation
or Supply Chain.
A strong and active corporate & industry network.
Proven experience in B2B / Enterprise Sales.
Track record of acquiring and managing large-value clients.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, networking and presentation abilities.
Strong understanding of 3PL business models, pricing and solution selling.
