About the Opportunity

Based in Ankleshwar, our stores serve both B2B and B2C clients, requiring precision, speed, and service excellence at every touchpoint.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and assist in loading and unloading of materials, ensuring safe handling and proper documentation.
- Monitor material receipts, issues, and dispatches, verifying against GRNs, challans, and issue slips.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software and reconcile with physical stock.
- Conduct regular stock audits to prevent mismatches and shortages.
- Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports, including stock aging, reorder levels, and shortage alerts.
- Ensure ISO-compliant record keeping: inward/outward registers, bin cards, and ledgers.
- Coordinate with storekeepers, dispatch teams, and production departments for timely material availability.
- Liaise with vendors and transporters to ensure smooth material movement and delivery.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory records and reconciliation data.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency in store operations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to supervise material handling and ensure safety compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP/inventory management software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of inventory control principles and stock management practices.
Experience
1–2 years of experience in store operations, inventory management, or material handling in a manufacturing or retail environment.
Additional Requirements
- A hands-on qualified with 1–2 years of store/warehouse experience, skilled in loading/unloading materials and ensuring safe handling practices.
- Strong organizational ability and foundational knowledge of inventory management.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Local candidate willing to commute daily to Ankleshwar.
