About the Opportunity

We operate at the intersection of public relations, digital content, and reputation management — helping clients build visibility, trust, and thought leadership in competitive markets. As a remote-first team, we thrive on agility, creativity, and measurable impact — and we're looking for a PR Intern to fuel our mission.

Role & Responsibilities

- Research and compile media lists — journalists, bloggers, YouTubers, podcasters — aligned with client industry verticals.
- Draft and personalize press releases, media pitches, and outreach emails for client campaigns and product launches.
- Track and report media mentions, sentiment, and campaign performance using tools like Google Alerts or Meltwater.
- Assist in building and maintaining influencer/ambassador databases across LinkedIn, Instagram,



and Twitter.
- Support the PR team in scheduling virtual media briefings, managing calendars, and preparing pitch decks.
- Monitor trending topics, competitor campaigns, and digital PR best practices to recommend tactical improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Workspace
- Canva
- Mail Merge
- Media Monitoring Tools (Google Alerts, Mention, Meltwater)
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Basic SEO Principles

Preferred

- Experience with PR CRM tools (Cision, Prowly)
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics
- Previous internship in PR, communications, or digital marketing
