Position Overview

The ServiceNow Senior Integrator will join the global IT team within the IT Asset Management and Optimization (ITAMO) service for BNP Paribas Cardif, the Group’s insurance subsidiary. As part of the Cardif ServiceNow Shared Service Center, you will support more than 35 Cardif entities worldwide by driving the adoption of ServiceNow processes and developing custom catalog offerings and applications. The role involves managing complex integrations across two distinct ServiceNow instances (IT and business processes) while strictly adhering to the Group’s release processes and best‑practice standards.

Job Responsibilities

- Gather and define functional requirements through end‑user workshops and detailed specification documents.
- Design, develop, and test advanced ServiceNow integrations, including enhancements and bug fixes.
- Administer and support the platform (maintenance, upgrades, incident management) in coordination with ServiceNow and internal teams.
- Produce and maintain documentation such as development procedures, user guides, and administrator manuals.
- Provide support to advanced country touch‑points and deliver training sessions as needed.
- Ensure all development and release activities comply with Group rules and good‑practice guidelines.
- Monitor and improve CMDB data quality for Cardif assets.

Required Education, Skills,



AND Experience (MUST‑HAVE)

- Master’s degree in IT or a related field, or at least 5 years of skilled IT experience.
- Advanced technical and functional expertise on the ServiceNow platform, including mastery of ServiceNow Flow Designer and complex integrations with external systems.
- Mandatory technical skills: JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, Angular, Jelly.
- Deep understanding of CMDB/CSDM structures and IRE mechanisms.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage multiple analytical workstreams simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Education, Skills, AND Experience (NICE‑TO‑HAVE)

- Proficiency in French (spoken and written).
- Experience presenting technical concepts clearly to non‑technical and executive audiences.
