Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer – Finishing to manage and supervise high-quality finishing works across construction projects. The candidate should have robust expertise in civil finishing, site execution, BOQ, drawing interpretation, and vendor/contractor management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise finishing works including flooring, tiling, plastering, masonry, waterproofing, false ceilings, and painting.

- Ensure quality, timely execution, and compliance with project specifications.

- Interpret AutoCAD drawings and execute work accordingly.

- Prepare and review BOQ, quantity calculations, and material requirements.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams.





- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure QA/QC and safety compliance.

- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and timelines.

- Resolve site-related technical issues and provide guidance to execution teams.

- Maintain project reports, documentation, and progress updates.

- Ensure finishing works are completed within approved timelines and budgets.

Requirements

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Civil Finishing / Interior Finishing / Building Construction.

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- Strong hands-on experience in flooring, tiling, plastering, masonry, waterproofing, false ceilings, and painting.

- Good knowledge of AutoCAD drawing interpretation, BOQ, estimation, and quantity calculations.

- Experience in vendor, contractor, and subcontractor management.

- Strong knowledge of site execution, quality control, and construction practices.

- Good communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel across project sites in Kolkata.
