Position: Cyber Security Sales Manager

Timing: 9:30 am - 6.30pm (Mon -sat)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cyber Security Sales Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing enterprise customer relationships, and selling cybersecurity products and solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the cybersecurity domain along with proven experience in B2B/enterprise sales.A Cyber Security Sales Manager drives revenue growth by selling security software, hardware, or managed services (like SOC, VAPT, and cloud security) to businesses. This role requires managing the full sales cycle, building client relationships with CISOs and CIOs, and meeting monthly or annual targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and secure new B2B enterprise or mid-market clients through cold outreach, networking, and channel partners.

- Solution Selling: Understand client risk profiles and match them with appropriate products like firewalls, SIEM, EDR/XDR, and compliance frameworks.

- Pipeline Management: Track leads,



forecast revenue, and manage accounts using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.

- Deal Closure: Handle techno-commercial proposals, RFPs, price negotiations, and contract signings.

- Cross-functional Coordination: Partner with pre-sales and technical engineering teams to schedule product demos and security assessments.

Requirements

- Experience: 3 to 10+ years of B2B technology or IT sales experience, with at least 2–3 years focused strictly on cybersecurity solutions.

- Technical Literacy: Familiarity with security concepts such as VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing), endpoint protection, cloud security, and IAM (Identity and Access Management).

- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical jargon into transparent business value for non-technical buyers and executives.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA in Sales/Marketing is often preferred).
