Job Overview

Battery Pool is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our remote team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, providing information, handling queries, and maintaining call records.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Follow up with potential and existing customers.

Maintain daily call records and update customer details.

Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.

Coordinate with the concerned team for customer issues and follow-ups.

Maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements

Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.





Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Basic computer/smartphone knowledge.

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

Own smartphone and stable internet connection required.
