Delivery Boy – Job Description

Job Title: Delivery Boy / Delivery ExecutiveJob Responsibilities

1. Deliver products/parcels safely and on time to customers.
2. Collect orders from the assigned hub/store and verify the parcels.
3. Follow the assigned delivery route and use GPS/navigation applications.
4. Contact customers before or during delivery when required.
5. Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, if applicable, and maintain proper records.
6. Handle products carefully to avoid damage during transportation.
7. Update delivery status through the company mobile application.
8. Return undelivered or rejected parcels to the hub as per company process.
9. Maintain professional behaviour and good communication with customers.
10. Follow company safety, delivery, and attendance guidelines.

Eligibility

1. Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
2.



Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
3. Own two-wheeler preferred.
4. Smartphone with internet connection required.
5. Basic knowledge of local routes and locations.
6. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
