Position: Position : Telecaller

Location: Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and West Bengal (Remote)

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Talk to farmers over call based on the provided SOP.

● Access and review project dashboards to validate photographs and videos submitted by field

staff against defined project requirements.

● Verify the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of photographic evidence captured in the field.

● Identify and flag discrepancies, errors, or missing data in submitted records.

● Maintain a log of validation findings and ensure timely communication of issues to the

respective field teams.

● Share daily updates on identified issues and required corrective actions via email.





● Coordinate with field teams to ensure prompt resolution and resubmission of corrected evidence.

● Support continuous improvement of data validation and reporting processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

● Qualification: Anything above 12th is acceptable, but a graduate degree is preferred. Knowledge

of agriculture practices, especially AWD is preferred.

● Must be able to communicate effectively with farmers and rural stakeholders.

● Prior experience is preferred.

Language Requirements:

● Must be a local candidate who can fluently speak and understand the local district/state

language.

● Proficiency in Hindi/English and Bengali/Telugu is preferable.
