Job Title: Relationship Officer / Loan Officer – Housing Finance Department: Housing Finance / Home Loans Employment Type: Full Time Job Responsibilities • Generate leads for Home Loans / Housing Loans / LAP through open market, references, builders, DSA/DSA partners and existing customers. • Meet prospective customers and understand their financial and housing loan requirements. • Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, tenure and documentation requirements to customers. • Collect and verify KYC, income proof, bank statements, property documents and other required documents. • Process loan applications and coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and Technical teams for smooth processing. • Conduct customer/home/business/property visits whenever required for verification and assessment.
• Follow up with customers from login to sanction and disbursement. • Maintain regular follow-up on pending documents and discrepancies. • Achieve monthly login, sanction and disbursement targets. • Maintain customer database and update lead/application status in CRM. • Maintain positive relationships with customers, builders, brokers, DSAs and channel partners. • Assist in post-disbursement follow-up and repayment/collection-related activities when required. • Ensure all activities are completed as per company policies, KYC norms and compliance requirements
