Job Responsibilities • Generate leads for Home Loans / Housing Loans / LAP through open market, references, builders, DSA/DSA partners and existing customers. • Meet prospective customers and understand their financial and housing loan requirements. • Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, tenure and documentation requirements to customers. • Collect and verify KYC, income proof, bank statements, property documents and other required documents. • Process loan applications and coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and Technical teams for smooth processing. • Conduct customer/home/business/property visits whenever required for verification and assessment. • Follow up with customers from login to sanction and disbursement. • Maintain regular follow-up on pending documents and discrepancies. • Achieve monthly login, sanction and disbursement targets. • Maintain customer database and update lead/application status in CRM. • Maintain valuable relationships with customers, builders, brokers, DSAs and channel partners.



• Assist in post-disbursement follow-up and repayment/collection-related activities when required. • Ensure all activities are completed as per company policies, KYC norms and compliance requirements. Eligibility • Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/BBA/MBA preferred. • Experience: Freshers can apply; 1–3 years of experience in Home Loan, Housing Finance, Banking, NBFC, LAP or Sales will be preferred. • Good communication and convincing skills. • Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM. • Target-oriented and customer-focused. • Willingness to travel for customer and property visits. • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field roles.
