Responsibilities
- Handling customer grievances & complaints through e-mails, telephonic conversation and meetings.
- Following up with clients for payments.
- Handling all inbound calls from customers and resolving their queries, complaints and requests.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Providing customer resolutions for various services and technical problems.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Friendly, learner, and research-oriented.
- Outspoken and courageous.
- Graduate with a minimum of 6 months experience in the Logistics Industry.
